**Communication that makes a difference**

Whether within a team, with target groups or in public: good communication fosters understanding, strengthens collaboration and is a vital foundation for successful volunteering.

At the AKTIVOLI Communication Symposium, you can look forward to six practical workshops offering new ideas, helpful methods and concrete suggestions for your voluntary work.

**Practical and up-to-date**

Topics include facilitation, intergenerational communication, plain language and dealing with challenging conversational situations. New to the programme are two workshops on the use of artificial intelligence – for beginners and advanced participants.

**Exchange and networking**

In addition to the workshops, the symposium offers opportunities for discussion, making new contacts and exchanging ideas with other volunteers.
